About

Remediation, engineered.

Titan Remedial Solutions exists because remedial building has a trust problem: symptoms patched, causes ignored, scopes discovered mid-works. We built the company around the fix — diagnose first, document everything, repair once.

Why "diagnostic-led" isn't a slogan

Most remedial failures we're called to fix are re-failures: the patch over the chloride-contaminated slab, the membrane over the structural crack, the repoint over the jacking lintel. The original contractor wasn't necessarily incompetent — they were quoting blind, and the price war rewarded whoever guessed lowest.

Our model rejects that sequence. Investigation is a paid, first-class deliverable with a written condition report. The repair scope is built from that evidence, itemised so it can be compared, staged so it can be funded, and documented so its quality can be verified by someone who wasn't standing there. It is slower to the first invoice and faster to the right outcome.

Where we work

Metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria, across strata, commercial, industrial, heritage and public assets — with owners corporations and their managers our deepest specialisation.

How we operate

Four commitments we're happy to be held to

01

Diagnosis before commerce

We don't quote what we haven't investigated. It costs us the customers who want a fast number, and earns us the ones who want a fixed one.

02

Evidence over adjectives

Every claim on this site is the kind we can document — defect schedules, hold-point records, completion reports. If we can't evidence it, we don't say it.

03

Built to outlast the problem

The repair that fails in five years wasn't cheap, whatever it cost. We specify for design life and tell you the honest number.

04

Straight commercial conduct

SOP Act-compliant terms, variations documented before they're works, insurances provided unprompted. Professionalism you don't have to chase.

The team

Named people, real credentials, licence numbers displayed — because E-E-A-T applies to buildings as much as websites. Profiles publish at launch.

Start with a diagnosis, not a quote.

Book a site assessment and get a written condition report with a transparent, itemised scope — evidence your committee, engineer or board can act on.
