About · Safety & quality

Systems, not slogans

Remedial work concentrates high-risk activity: height, break-out, silica, occupied buildings, public interface. What keeps it safe is documentation that matches what actually happens on site — and evidence that it did.

SQ-01

Safe work method statements

A maintained SWMS library covering our high-risk construction work — work at height, demolition and break-out, hazardous dust (silica), plant operation, public interface. Reviewed per project, not photocopied per project.

SQ-02

Inspection & test plans

Every scope carries an ITP with hold and witness points — substrate sign-offs, reinforcement treatment, membrane details — photographed and compiled into the completion report.

SQ-03

Public & occupant protection

Exclusion zones, overhead protection, protected access paths and notification protocols for occupied buildings — planned in the methodology, priced in the scope, auditable on site.

SQ-04

Silica & hazardous materials

Concrete break-out is silica work: controlled cutting, extraction, air monitoring where required, and compliance with current crystalline silica regulation. Asbestos-era buildings surveyed before disturbance.

SQ-05

Work at height systems

Engineered access per elevation — rope access under IRATA systems, EWP and scaffold with certified inspections, anchor certification records maintained.

SQ-06

Quality management

Documented QA procedures aligned to ISO 9001 practice; formal certification status (ISO 9001 / ISO 45001) is a Phase 0 confirmation item and will be displayed here as held or as roadmap.

Safety documentation summaries and certificates are available to clients on request — and provided unprompted at contract.

Want the documentation before the contract?

Ask. SWMS samples, insurance certificates and QA procedures are available to any client evaluating us — that's what they're for.
