Who we are
Titan Remedial Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 58 699 129 327) provides remedial building services across Victoria. This policy explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Enquiry details — name, phone, email, role, and the property and defect information you provide through our assessment form, by phone or by email, including photographs you send us.
- Tender invitations — your organisation and contact details, project and tender information, and any tender documents you attach or link to.
- How you reached us — when you send an enquiry, we record how you arrived at the site: the website, search or campaign that referred you, and the first page you viewed. This is kept with your enquiry so we can tell which of our marketing works, and is used only by us.
- Project records — site information, correspondence and documentation generated in delivering works.
- Website measurement — which pages are visited and which searches lead to an enquiry, collected only if you accept measurement. See cookies and measurement below.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with subcontractors and service providers engaged in delivering our services, and where the law requires.
Service providers and overseas disclosure
The website relies on the providers below. Some are based outside Australia, so information you submit may be disclosed to, and stored in, other countries. We take reasonable steps under Australian Privacy Principle 8 to ensure each handles it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
- Resend (United States) delivers assessment requests and tender invitations from the website forms to our inbox. Everything you enter, including any photographs or documents, passes through its systems in order to reach us.
- Cloudflare (United States, with a global network) hosts this website and processes the requests your browser makes to it. It also stores the enquiries and tender invitations sent through our forms in our lead register.
- Google (United States) provides Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, used only if you accept it.
- Our email provider stores the enquiries we receive and our correspondence with you.
Photographs and property information
Photographs of building defects submitted through our forms are used to triage and respond to your enquiry. Project photography used in case studies or marketing is published only with the property owner's or owners corporation's permission.
Storage and security
Personal information is stored in access-controlled systems hosted by reputable providers. Our lead register can be opened only by named staff who sign in to reach it. We retain project records for the periods required by building and insurance law, then dispose of them securely.
Access, correction and complaints
You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or raise a privacy complaint, by contacting us at info@titanremedialsolutions.com.au or 0436 333 091. If unresolved, complaints may be directed to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Cookies and measurement
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to count visits and to learn which searches lead to enquiries. Nothing from Google loads unless you accept when first asked. If you decline, no measurement cookies are set and no request is made to Google from our pages.
If you accept, Google sets cookies (with names beginning _ga and
_gcl) to recognise a returning browser and to connect an enquiry to the
advertisement that preceded it. Advertising personalisation is switched off: your
visit is not used to build an advertising profile or to target you elsewhere.
If you arrived by clicking one of our Google advertisements and you accept, the advertisement's click reference is kept with any enquiry you send. If that enquiry becomes work, we report the reference and the value of the work to Google Ads, so we can see which advertising produced it. If you decline, the click reference is deleted. If you do not answer, it is held only until you close the tab. Either way it never leaves your browser.
Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie. You can change it at any time using Cookie preferences at the foot of every page; declining after accepting removes the measurement cookies and any click reference being held.
