Titan Remedial Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 58 699 129 327) provides remedial building services across Victoria. This policy explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

- Enquiry details — name, phone, email, role, and the property and defect information you provide through our assessment form, by phone or by email, including photographs you send us.
- Project records — site information, correspondence and documentation generated in delivering works.

Photographs and property information
Photographs of building defects submitted through our forms are used to triage and respond to your enquiry. Project photography used in case studies or marketing is published only with the property owner's or owners corporation's permission.
Storage and security
Personal information is stored in access-controlled systems hosted by reputable providers. We retain project records for the periods required by building and insurance law, then dispose of them securely.
