Diagnostics — common questions
01 What does a diagnostic assessment cost?
It scales with the building and the question — a single-balcony triage is a different exercise from a whole-facade survey. Typically it is low single-digit percent of the works value it defines, and it is quoted fixed-fee up front. If works proceed with us, the investigation cost is credited against the project.
02 Can we use your condition report to get other quotes?
Yes — the report is yours. A defect schedule with mapped extent is exactly what makes competing quotes comparable. We win enough of that work on the strength of the diagnosis to be relaxed about the rest.
03 Do you do urgent make-safes without the full process?
Immediately — falling material and safety risks are secured first, then investigated. The diagnostic process applies to the permanent repair, not the emergency response.
